Companies wishing to organise a refreshments reception after their presentation may also book the adjacent cocktail area, providing a more relaxed and informal environment to engage with clients and distributors.

Sometimes it is preferable to have a more private and relaxed conversation with a client or distributor away from the exhibition stand.
For reasons of privacy and comfort, INFOAGRO EXHIBITION provides a dedicated B2B / VIP room for exhibitors wishing to use a meeting table whenever the room is available.
Location: Level P1, next to the Conference Room.
